The rml p710 intermittent motion side load cartoner is our most flexible and popular machine for loading a wide range of products into skillet cartons. It can be configured with a variety of in feed styles to accommodate different types of products and industries.  Shown above, is a    special tangential feed designed to automatically accept product from an upstream VFFS bag maker or HFFS flow wrapper. The example above also shows an optional   product bypass where food service products can be packed directly into RSC cartons.

It operates in intermittent motion at speeds of up to 40 cartons per minute, making it simple to load and operate. Because of its hygienic stainless steel construction, it is well suited for food and pharmaceutical applications.

The main drive and product load motors are all servo driven to ensure reliable motion. The operators and    maintenance staff will also like the great access to all parts of the machine via full height interlocked doors.

By using tool-less change parts, digital counter winders and our unique rapid pitch change system, size adjustments can be performed with ease knowing it will start again reliably in the new format.

The pressurized hot melt adhesive system ensures precise no mess gluing of cartons.
