The rml c402 two flap sealer is a simple and economic machine designed to glue close a range of carton board skillets. It is designed with a wide adjustability range to enable rapid size changes between products.
Operating in continuous motion for smooth reliable sealing, an on board variable speed drive allows the sealer to be set at the optimum speed for your production.
A pressurised hot-melt glue system ensures safe, reliable and precise glue application, without the messy clean up often required with dip tank style systems.
All sealers are now equipped with a short extended in-feed which allows easy access for two operators. The sealer will operate at up to 40 cartons per minute, which is typically what two loading operators are able to load at. An option for a longer in-feed is possible where up to 6 operators can access the sealer.
Access for cleaning the machine is superb with full length guarding and carton guide rails which hinge up to free cartons.
Carton coding equipment can be fitted with the addition of optional coder brackets.
