Initially focused on providing industry specific solutions, we have built up a portfolio of smart packing machines for a wide range of products.

The standard machines include top load, side load, bottom load, wrap around and drop packing. The key to a successful machine is understanding specific automation challenges and designing the most appropriate product collation and packaging system. This understanding is a key point of difference rml can provide to their customers.

Drop Packing

	The p215 is a great solution for packing pre-erected trays or boxes, where the product is non-rigid. Can be interegrated nicely with e126 or e196.
Wrap Around Packing

	The p225 is a high quality, operator and maintenance friendly packer. It collates and stacks product onto a die cut blank, followed by the sequential gluing closed of the pack. Speeds of up to 25/minute.
Bottom Load Packing

	With rigid products and speeds under 8 boxes/minute this solution is ideal. It doesn’t need separate erector and has a small footprint, making it a financially attractive machine.

Top Load Packing
Packing products into boxes or trays is an area of expertise rml have evolved over a number of years. While normally associated with ‘off the shelf’ robot packing, rml have extended their range to include some sophisticated in house servo based operating mechanisms that ensure the customers needs were met without compromise.

	Developed for Allied Domecq to ensure they could achieve the high packing speed required, but in small machine footprint. The revolutionary reciprocating pick and place head ensures we could achieve up to 270 bottles per minute. It handles 24 case styles and 11 bottle sizes.

	Packing sachets is an important requirement for food companies complying with shelf ready packing needs. rml have recent experience in top loading sachets into boxes at speeds up to 120 per minute.
