	When you need to glue close and can’t justify the capital for a fully automated solution, then this machine is ideal. The 2 flap sealer glues and closes either one or both ends of a manually loaded carton. Size changes are really simple, with running speeds up to 40 per minute.

	In situations of space restraint, or where a square close is paramount, this unit is a valuable asset. Used to glue close the top of carton packs, up to speeds of up to 60 per minute. Multi size ranges are easily dealt with using simple change parts and preloaded glue settings and timers via an AB panelview 600.
	Verticle Carton Closer
	This machine follows a multipack carton packing operation. Open top catons are closed using hot melt at speeds up to 80 per minute. Set up to quickly interchange between 2 sizes.

	An outstanding application of rml’s machine engineering capability. Specifically designed and manufactured to fill a gap in the market for the “inline” gusseting of a product filled paper bag. With operations of gusseting, folding, labeling and achieving a speed of 45per minute, this machine has been well received in the bread bagging industry.
